👥 Youth Development Phase: The Training Zone
More InformationThe Tempo Training Zone is our development engine—a dedicated environment where players focus on specific aspects of their game in small, targeted groups. These sessions are designed to complement team training by zeroing in on areas such as first touch, ball mastery, finishing, 1v1 defending, and decision-making under pressure.
📍 Foundation Phase: Tempo Junior Academy
Register NowThe Junior Academy forms the foundation of the Tempo pathway. It focuses on developing technical skills, game intelligence, and confidence through age-appropriate coaching. Players are placed into Development Select or Elite Select groups based on their level and potential. Weekly sessions offer small-group and position-specific training, allowing young athletes to progress at their own pace under the guidance of experienced coaches. Regular evaluations and feedback ensure that every child is seen, supported, and challenged to grow. Our Junior Academy is where future elite players are shaped—with an emphasis on enjoying the game while learning the habits of excellence.
🏆 Pre Academy: Tempo Totz 4-6 Years
More InformationAt Tempo, we start early. Our Tempo Tots programmes introduce children aged 2 to 7 to the joy of football through fun, active, and engaging sessions. These sessions help develop balance, coordination, and social confidence, while also instilling a love for the sport. Children build familiarity with the ball and begin to understand the basics of teamwork, movement, and play. For many, it’s the first step on their journey through the Tempo system—and we ensure it’s a positive and inspiring one.
🌍 Tempo Tournaments
More InformationThe Tempo Tournaments are a core feature of our academy calendar and an essential part of our development model. These high-level events provide players with real competition against top academies and regional squads, helping them apply their skills in match situations that replicate professional environments. Players are scouted regularly during these tournaments by League of Ireland clubs and beyond, and our staff use each event to evaluate and guide player progress. Tempo Tournaments are about more than just results—they are a showcase for development, resilience, and performance under pressure.
✈️ Tempo Showcase Events
