  • โšฝ Trial Month & Player Pathway

Each season begins with a September Trial Month, where all registered players train at their local county centre and are assessed by our coaching team.

During this period, players take part in the Tempo Showcase Event — a competitive internal tournament that gives staff a full view of player performance, ability, and attitude in match conditions.

From this event, the  players are selected to join the local county squads or the regional All-Star Squad, which is announced in October. These players receive extra training each month and represent Tempo in national and international tournaments.

  • ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Squad Structure

County Squads: All players train once per week at their local centre and participate in a full calendar of domestic tournaments.

Regional All-Star Squad: Selected players receive 2 additional elite sessions per month on top of their local development centre sessions. These extra two sessions will take place  at a central venue (e.g., Nenagh) and represent Tempo at major national and international events.
