⚖ Tempo Football Academy – Refund

Policy

At Tempo Football Academy, we are committed to delivering professional, high-quality programmes across all areas. Due to the structured nature and high demand for our services, we operate a clear refund policy for each offering. Please review the relevant section before enrolling or making any payments.

1. Full-Time Education & Football Transition Year Programme

Enrolment and Fees

A place is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. By paying the deposit, you are securing your place and agreeing to the terms outlined here.
All programme fees — including deposits and instalments — are strictly non-refundable. Full payment must be made by the deadline provided in your offer letter or confirmation email.

No Refunds Policy
All payments made toward the programme (deposit, full, or instalment) are non-refundable. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The programme is cancelled by Tempo Football Academy.
  • You cancel within 14 days of enrolling online or remotely, provided the programme
  • has not yet started.
  • No Refunds Will Be Given For:
  • Any cancellation after the 14-day cooling-off period.
  • Voluntary withdrawal or non-attendance.
  • Missed sessions due to holidays, illness, or personal circumstances.
  • Removal from the programme due to behavioural issues or breach of the Code of
  • Conduct.
  • Cooling-Off Period
  • If you enrol online or via remote communication, you have a 14-day right to cancel and receive a full refund, as long as the programme has not started. If it starts during this period and you participate, a deduction may apply for services used


Discretionary Refunds

In rare and exceptional cases not covered above, Tempo may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future programme. This is at the sole discretion of the academy and is not guaranteed.

Why Refunds Cannot Be Offered

Your place reserves coaching, facilities, and resources. This prevents another student from enrolling and incurs upfront planning costs. Refunds cannot be offered outside of the exceptions listed.


2. Junior Academy (County Centres & All-Star Squads) Monthly Fees

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable, including for missed sessions or withdrawals mid- month.
  • To cancel future billing, notice must be given at least 14 days before the next monthly cycle begins.
  • Term Payments
  • Refunds for term payments are only available if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the next term begins.
  • No partial refunds for mid-term withdrawals. Kit & Membership Fees
  • Non-refundable once items are collected.
  • However, gear may be exchanged or swapped for a different size or item if not
  • worn, damaged, or personalised (e.g. initials).


3. Camps & Clinics Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 7+ days in advance: Full refund or credit note.
  • Cancel within 7 days: 50% refund or full credit note.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund.


Injury or Illness

• Missed full camps due to illness/injury may be eligible for a credit with a doctor’s note, subject to academy discretion.


4. Domestic & International Tours Deposits & Stage Payments

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  • Stage payments may be refunded (minus deposit) only if cancellation is more than
  • 60 days before departure, and only if costs can be recovered from third parties. 60 Days or Less Before Departure

• No refunds will be issued unless a full-paying replacement is found and supplier costs are recoverable.

Missed Travel

• No refund for missed flights, voluntary withdrawal, or early return. Travel Insurance

• Strongly recommended. Tempo is not responsible for costs due to illness, cancellation, or travel disruption.

5. Tournaments (Team Entries) Withdrawal & Refunds

  • Withdraw more than 30 days before event: Full refund.
  • Withdraw 15–30 days before: 50% refund if fixtures have not been confirmed.
  • Withdraw within 14 days or no-show: No refund.
  • Postponements
  • If postponed, entries are automatically carried forward.
  • If cancelled without rescheduling, a full refund will be provided.


🔁 General Terms

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Force Majeure: No refunds are available for cancellations due to weather,
